PSU - Lights
The following lights below are the most common lights out there. Pentair's LED lights are widely used, as there are NO moving parts and are brighter than standard 500w lights.
- Some areas of the US prohibit 120 Volt lights in the pool,
they require a 12 volt light and a transformer outside the pool. You will have to check with your electrician to find out what your local code is.
- We also provide a deck box for purchase. The light(s) gets wired to the deck box, then the deck box gets wired to the sub panel. The deck box allows you to change the light or service it if need be.

- Each light has a light niche. The light niche is the housing that the light sits in, it also gets grounded / bonded. Not having a light niche will cause a huge leak and you will never be able to hold water in your pool.
